Sidley’s Private Equity team in London has been shortlisted for “Private Capital Team of the Year” at The Lawyer Awards 2025. The annual awards “celebrate the UK’s legal elite” and honour leading lawyers and firms across diverse areas.
The shortlist recognizes the firm’s work representing funds managed and/or advised by the subsidiaries of Apollo Global Management, Inc. in their acquisition of The Travel Corporation a family-owned business which boasts a global portfolio of exceptional, market-leading travel brands.
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in London on June 17, 2025.
