Andrea Weitzman Named Among “CRE’s Aspiring Leaders of 2026” by GlobeSt.

Andrea Weitzman has been named to GlobeSt.’s “CRE’s Aspiring Leaders of 2026” list, which recognizes rising commercial real estate professionals under 40 with strong transaction track records who have made meaningful contributions to their organizations’ success.

Andrea focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance. She has experience representing financial institutions in matters involving the origination of complex commercial mortgage loans intended for the commercial mortgage-backed securities market secured by commercial office buildings, retail properties, hotels, warehouses, multifamily housing, mezzanine loans, and balance sheet loans. Andrea’s experience also includes complex, multistate, multi-property pooled transactions, loan servicing and sales, participation interests, and repurchase facilities.
