Sidley Represents Qualianz in Its Sale to Emergent Cold Latin America

Sidley represented Qualianz, a storage and logistics platform with operations in Mexico City, Mexico State, Monterrey, Querétaro, and Tijuana, in its sale to Emergent Cold Latin America (Emergent Cold LatAm), a temperature-controlled storage and logistics service provider in Latin America.
