Sidley Represents Faraday Future in New US$100 Million Unsecured Notes Financing Commitments

Sidley represented Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIE), a California-based global shared intelligent electric mobility ecosystem company, in its US$100 million unsecured convertible notes financing commitments. This new financing is expected to help Faraday Future continue to ramp up production of its flagship FF 91 vehicle, as well as support the development of its sales and service system for the vehicle.
