Sidley Advises Tamnoon in Its Series Seed Financing

Sidley advised Tamnoon, Inc., a developer of a cloud security platform designed to tackle misconfigurations and vulnerabilities detected by Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform tools, in its series seed financing led by cyber investors Merlin Ventures and Secret Chord Ventures, with participation from Elron Ventures, Inner Loop Capital, and toDay Ventures.
