Biography
JAKE FUNK advises emerging growth and later-stage companies, venture capital funds, and private equity firms across a broad range of strategic transactions, including venture capital and growth equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. He regularly counsels boards of directors, founders, and investors on complex corporate matters and works closely with his clients as they navigate growth, strategic transactions, and liquidity events.
Jake earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School. While in law school, he worked as a legal intern for a national sports team. He received his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Redlands with a dual major in political science and economics.

- ADARx Pharmaceuticals in its US$200 million Series C financing.
