Sidley Is Representing HeadFirst Global on Its Recommended Offer to Acquire AIM-Listed Impellam Group For Approximately £483.2 Million

Sidley is representing HeadFirst Global, the HR services platform, on a recommended offer by a newly formed affiliate to acquire Impellam Group plc, an AIM-listed leading STEM workforce and recruitment group in the UK. The offer is subject to the UK Takeover Code.
Subject to regulatory approval, the deal values the entire issued share capital of Impellam at approximately £483.2 million and is expected to create an enlarged recruitment group for data, tech, and engineering talent, with a strong presence across continental Europe, the UK, and the U.S.
The team was led by James Wood and Ed Perry from Sidley’s M&A and Private Equity team and James Crooks and Chloe Smith from Sidley’s Global Finance group.
