Bloomberg, Mergermarket, and Refinitiv have released their full year 2023 M&A and Private Equity league table rankings. Sidley showed strong results, ranking among the top 10 in several categories, including:
- Global and U.S. announced deals ‒ principals by deal count
- Global private equity (up to US$500 million) by value and deal count
- U.S. announced deals by deal count
- Europe private equity deals by value
- Hong Kong announced deals by value and deal count
