Sidley Represents Savillex in Its Acquisition of Entegris’ Life Sciences Fluid Management Business

Sidley represented Savillex, LLC, a leading provider of high-purity fluid handling solutions for life sciences and laboratory applications, in its acquisition of the life sciences fluid management business of Entegris, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENTG). The acquired business includes bioprocessing and pharmaceutical manufacturing solutions. The acquisition expands Savillex’s life sciences portfolio and strengthens its ability to support pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical customers from early-stage research through commercial manufacturing.
