Sidley Represents Khosla Ventures in Rabbit Inc.’s Series A Financing

Sidley represented Khosla Ventures in its role as lead investor in the US$10 million Series A financing round of Rabbit Inc., an AI startup developing its first standalone hardware – r1 – powered by rabbit OS, an operating system built on its proprietary foundation model, Large Action Model (LAM).
