Sidley Represents Athene Holding in US$575 Million Subordinated Debentures Offering

Sidley is representing Athene Holding Ltd. in its issuance of US$575 million aggregate principal amount of 7.250% fixed-rate reset junior subordinated debentures due 2064 (including US$75 million aggregate principal amount of debentures relating to the underwriters’ option to purchase additional debentures solely to cover over-allotments).

The deal team was led by Sam Gandhi and Rob Ryan, and included Kostian Ciko, Jessica Li, Sarah Wiley, and law clerk Ben Jones.
