Sidley Represents USA Compression Partners in US$1 Billion Rule 144A High-Yield Offering

Sidley represented USA Compression Partners, LP and USA Compression Finance Corp. in connection with a Rule 144A offering of US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of 7.125% Senior Notes due 2029. USA Compression Partners, LP is one of the nation’s largest independent providers of natural gas compression services in terms of total compression fleet horsepower. The net proceeds from the offering will be used to repay a portion of existing borrowings under its asset-based revolving credit facility, redeem all of the 6.875% Senior Notes due 2026, and for general partnership purposes.
