Sidley Advises Cardinal in Its Acquisition by Miro

Sidley advised Cardinal in its sale to Miro. Cardinal is an opinionated feature backlog platform that pulls in customer feedback, CRM data, and task management issues and uses artificial intelligence to help product managers with assessing in real time high-business-impact goals, specs, and features.
The Sidley team was led by Joshua G. DuClos (M&A and Private Equity) and Dr. Idan Netser (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital, Tax) and included Cathryn Le Regulski (Labor, Employment and Immigration), Nicholas F.
