Environmental partner Heather Palmer talks to TechTarget about how the EU, the U.K., and several U.S. states have adopted rules requiring companies to report climate-related risks like flooding, drought, and fire as part of their financial filings. These issues have been top of mind for companies in light of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's climate risk disclosure rule and its accompanying legal challenges, which caused the SEC to stay its implementation earlier this year.
