Sidley Represents 830 Brickell Ownership in Financing for Miami Office Tower

Sidley represented Watson Brickell, as borrower, in connection with one of South Florida’s largest refinancings. The property is located at 830 Brickell, and is a 57-story Class A+ stand-alone office tower which secured US$565 million in financing from Tyko Capital. The proceeds will be used to refinance a construction loan originating from 2019.

The tower is the first of its kind to open in Miami in a decade and is set to open in the fall of 2024. The Sidley Real Estate team was led by Beatriz “Bibi” Azcuy in Miami with assistance from Maria Hera in New York.
