Sidley represented Fundamental Advisors in the acquisition of HeloAir, Inc., a Virginia-based regional operator of utility and fire suppression helicopters. The acquisition is the first of Fundamental’s recently launched helicopter investment strategies, which will focus on companies leveraging helicopters for aerial firefighting services or infrastructure monitoring, for assets such as electrical grids and gas pipelines. Fundamental is a leading alternative asset manager dedicated to municipal, public purpose, and community assets.
