Sidley is representing TowerBrook Capital Partners, L.P. in its strategic investment in Amylu Foods, a manufacturer of all-natural, value-added protein products. Prelude Growth Partners joined TowerBrook in the investment. The partnership positions Amylu to continue building on its 100+ year history of delivering healthy and convenient specialty protein products to a growing base of retailers and consumers across the U.S.
