Sidley Represents BKV Corporation in Its US$500 Million Offering of Senior Notes

Sidley represented BKV Corporation, in connection with the offering of US$500 million aggregate principal of senior notes due 2030, issued by its wholly owned subsidiary, BKV Upstream Midstream, LLC. The issuer intends to use the proceeds from the offering to, among other things, fund the cash portion of the purchase price of its previously announced acquisition of Bedrock Production, LLC. BKV is one of the top 20 gas-weighted natural gas producers in the United States and the largest natural gas producer by gross operated volume in the Barnett Shale.
