Sidley represented The Denver Post in connection with the sale of its interests in the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club as part of a minority investment by Penner Sports Group.

The Sidley team was led by David D’Urso and Charles H. Baker (M&A and Private Equity), and included Dylan M. Sherwyn and Alyssa Levy (M&A and Private Equity); and Christian Brause, Robert M. Kreitman, Jonathan M. Westreich, and Sophie Arkusinski (Tax).
