Sidley Represents Siris Capital in Its US$4.2 Billion Sale of Equiniti

Sidley is representing Siris Capital in its US$4.2 billion sale of Equiniti to Bullish (NYSE: BLSH). Equiniti is a global transfer agent and provider of shareholder services, and its combination with Bullish will create the first fully integrated blockchain-enabled issuer services provider. Siris Capital acquired Equiniti in 2021 and has played a critical role in working with the Equiniti team to help the company in its strategic growth.
