Biography

DUSTIN PAGE focuses his practice on complex strategic transactions, including the representation of buyers and sellers in public and private mergers and acquisitions across a wide range of industries, as well as private equity transactions. Dustin also regularly advises public companies in connection with corporate governance and SEC reporting matters.

Dustin received his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Dustin was an articles editor for the Wisconsin Law Review. Dustin earned his B.S. in Finance, summa cum laude, from Northern Illinois University, where he served as captain and four-year letterwinner on the varsity men’s soccer team, earning Capital One Academic All-American honors.

  • Core Scientific, Inc. (NASDAQ: CORZ) in connection with its US$3.5 billion agreements to provide approximately 200 megawatts of digital infrastructure to host CoreWeave’s high-performance computing operations.
  • Fifth Star, Inc. in its acquisition of PARTS iD, Inc. through a Chapter 11 restructuring.
  • Publicly traded Avantax, Inc. in its acquisition by Cetera Holdings for $1.2 billion.
  • Publicly traded Regal Rexnord Corporation in its $4.95 billion acquisition of publicly traded Altra Industrial Motions Corp.
  • Thompson Street Capital Partners, a private equity firm, in multiple representative capacities, including managing numerous acquisitions and divestures and advising its portfolio companies on various corporate governance matters.
  • Mercury Air Group, in its sale of its air cargo business to Worldwide Flight Services, a Cerberus Capital Management company.
  • Medline Industries, LP in its acquisitions of respiratory product lines from Teleflex, the fluid management business of AngioDynamics, Inc., and other various acquisitions, investments, and corporate governance matters.
  • Riot Blockchain, Inc. in its acquisition of ESS Metron and other corporate matters.
  • Welltower Inc. in multiple transactions and joint ventures.
  • Hennessy Capital Acquisition Corp. IV in its $2.4 billion business combination with Canoo Holdings Ltd.
