Sidley Represents Tractor Supply Company in Acquisition of VIP Petcare

Sidley represented Tractor Supply Company (TSC) (NASDAQ: TSCO), a large rural lifestyle retailer in the U.S., in its acquisition of VIP Petcare, a mobile preventative veterinary service. VIP Petcare runs community clinics in local pet supply stores that offer affordable, non-emergency health services to pets including vaccinations, microchipping, and parasite testing. The acquisition follows TSC’s partnership of more than a decade with VIP Petcare, and builds on TSC’s established pet care platform by expanding access to convenient, affordable pet care services.
