Sidley Represents Management Team of Chess.com in Investment from CVC

Sidley is representing the management team of Chess.com in its investment from private equity firm CVC. Chess.com is a leading global online chess community with over 10 million daily active users.

The Sidley team is being led by Dan Belke (M&A and Private Equity) and Nima Mohebbi (Commercial Litigation and Disputes); and includes Cat Zhang (M&A and Private Equity); Christian Pilhofer and Joanna Janica (Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation); and Jonathan Westreich (Tax).
