Sidley Advises Kinderhook Industries in Investment in American Aero

Sidley represented Kinderhook Industries, LLC in connection with its investment in American Aero, Inc., a leading precision aerospace components manufacturer. The transaction represents Kinderhook’s 33rd platform investment in the industrials and manufacturing sector and is the first investment in Kinderhook Strategic Opportunities Fund I.

The investment will support American Aero’s expansion, including increased manufacturing capacity, equipment and operational resources, and broader capabilities for aerospace supply-chain customers.
