
Biography
CELESTE ACEVEDO advises clients on a variety of financing-related transactions and issues. She represents public and private companies on a broad range of debt transactions, including acquisition financings, working capital credit facilities and ongoing debt service matters.
Celeste earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, magna cum laude, where she graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as the vice president of the Latinx Law Students Association, diversity and recruitment editor of the Houston Business & Tax Law Journal, a legal writing fellow, and a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law and Property.
Prior to law school, Celeste attended Trinity University, where she graduated with a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in accounting. After graduating from Trinity University, she worked in the audit practice at one of the Big Four accounting firms and obtained her CPA license.
