Sidley Represents Verily Health in Investment from NVIDIA

Sidley represented Verily Health Inc., a data platform and technology company focused on artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled precision health solutions, in connection with new investments from NVIDIA and existing investor CU Healthcare Innovation Fund II, LP. Verily’s current investors include Alphabet Inc., Series X Capital, UCHealth, and others. The investments are an extension of Verily’s US$300 million financing announced in March 2026 and will support the continued expansion of Verily Pre Platform, a flagship data and AI platform designed to help healthcare organizations make their data AI-ready and responsibly deploy AI across research and care, as well as the growth of Verily Me, the company’s patient engagement offering.
