ODUFA CAROLINE AKHAME represents high-profile individual and corporate clients in investigations, enforcement actions, and litigation involving the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), and other government and regulatory authorities. Her practice focuses primarily on securities enforcement and regulatory matters, including responding to regulatory examinations, investigations, and other government inquiries.

Caroline also has experience conducting sensitive internal investigations and representing clients in response to civil investigative demands and other government requests. Her practice also includes securities litigation and related complex commercial disputes.
