ODUFA CAROLINE AKHAME advises her clients on regulatory and compliance matters. She also focuses her practice on investigations and enforcement actions brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Caroline earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was an admissions fellow for the Harvard Law School Admissions Office. In 2022–2023 she was appointed secretary, and in 2023–2024 she was named communications chair, for the Harvard Black Law Student Association.
Prior to attending law school, Caroline earned her B.A. in strategic management and legal communications from Howard University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She was a Howard University Leadership Scholar and admitted into the Lambda Pi Eta honor society, Eta Epsilon chapter.
Caroline is fluent in Igbo.
