Biography

MARA ALIOTO focuses her practice on a variety of structured finance transactions, including warehouse credit facilities, forward flow purchases, asset securitizations, and other commercial finance transactions representing issuers, FinTech companies, major financial institutions, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, and others. 

Mara earned her J.D. from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she served as an associate editor for the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property

Experience

Representative Matters

  • Represented Cross River, a technology infrastructure provider offering embedded financial solutions, in connection with a forward-flow agreement with Figure Technology Solutions, the leading blockchain-native capital marketplace for the origination, funding, sale, and trading of blockchain-native assets.
  • Represented funds managed by Neuberger Specialty Finance in connection with the provision of a US$200 million asset-backed debt facility to Ripple Prime, Ripple’s multi-asset prime brokerage platform.
