Biography

MARA ALIOTO focuses her practice on a variety of structured finance transactions, including warehouse credit facilities, forward flow purchases, asset securitizations, and other commercial finance transactions representing issuers, FinTech companies, major financial institutions, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, and others.

Prior to joining Sidley, Mara worked as an associate in the fintech and financial services group at another international law firm.

Mara earned her J.D. from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she served as an associate editor for the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property
