FAHAD AL-SADOON focuses his practice on all aspects of EU and Belgian competition law, including merger control, abuse of dominance, cartels, and state aid.
His experience covers several industries such as the life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and semiconductors.
Prior to joining Sidley, Fahad worked at the Brussels office of another international law firm. He was also a trainee in the Chambers of Judge Koen Lenaerts at the European Court of Justice and the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
