ABIGAIL BACHRACH focuses her practice on assisting clients with commercial and civil disputes, product liability and MDL defense matters, and other complex litigation matters in both state and federal trial courts across the United States, as well as white collar and internal investigations. Abigail has represented clients across a variety of industries, including consumer products, life sciences, chemicals, and financial services.
Abigail advises clients at all stages of the litigation process. She has experience in fact development and discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery, preparing fact witnesses for depositions, defending depositions, resolving various complex discovery disputes, and day-to-day case management. She also has played key roles in the development of defense strategy and briefed successful discovery motions in court.
Before joining Sidley, Abigail was a PILI Fellow at the Children and Family Justice Center at the Bluhm Legal Clinic, where she worked to promote juvenile justice. Abigail graduated cum laude from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and was senior managing editor of Northwestern University Law Review. Abigail received her B.A. in journalism, magna cum laude, from Yeshiva University.
