Biography

CHARLES BEAUREGARD focuses his practice on energy regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Sidley, Charles served as a legal intern in the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Office of Enforcement and Regulatory Accounting. He received his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, cum laude, where he served as the executive editor of the Administrative Law Review and as the co-founder of the Energy Law & Policy Society.

Prior to law school, Charles focused on state regulatory and legislative affairs at an advanced energy trade organization.
