Biography

GARY BEIER focuses his practice on patent litigation and enjoys engaging his background in chemistry and engineering.

Gary earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law where he was an editorial staff member of the Maryland Law Review, assisted clients with trademark and patent prosecution in Maryland’s Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic, and graduated within the intellectual property law track. Gary received his B.S. in chemistry from the United States Naval Academy.

Prior to law school, Gary served for eight years as a nuclear submarine officer in the U.S. Navy. During this time, Gary successfully completed the Prospective Nuclear Engineer Officer course, and was certified as a naval nuclear engineer officer by the Department of Energy.
