Biography
KENDALL BERNARD focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions.
Kendall obtained her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Throughout her law school tenure, she was a member of the editorial board for the Virginia Journal of Law and Politics. She holds a B.S. in economics and human & organizational development from Vanderbilt University, where she graduated magna cum laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
