Sidley is representing Pretium Partners, LLC, in its agreement to acquire BH Management Services, a property management platform in multi-family, student, and single-family housing. Pretium is a specialized investment firm with more than US$50 billion in assets under management. The deal will enable Pretium to expand its footprint and residential real estate services while also continue providing diverse housing options for its clients. The transaction is expected to close early in the second quarter.
