KIANA BOROUMAND focuses her practice on privacy, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence matters. She has experience in regulatory advising across these fields, helping clients comply with evolving state and federal laws. She also has experience in cybersecurity incident response, including for complex, global data breaches. In addition to these areas of her practice, she also works on certain transactional matters, such as mergers and acquisitions requiring privacy and cybersecurity diligence and contractual provisions.
While attending New York University School of Law, Kiana served as an articles editor for the New York University Law Review, and was a member of the Technology Law and Policy Clinic.
Kiana was a recipient of the Fulbright Scholarship (UK Award), as well as a finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship.
