KOSTIAN CIKO practices in the Capital Markets group in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters and involves the representation of issuers and underwriters a variety of SEC-registered and exempt transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, and debt offerings, including convertible debt. Kostian also advises clients on corporate governance matters, public company reporting obligations and stock exchange requirements. Kostian spent a year in the firm’s London office where he advised issuers and underwriters in cross-border securities transactions.
While attending Northwestern University School of Law, Kostian was a development editor at the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property.
Kostian is fluent in Albanian and Greek.
