Shea Corrigan

SHEA CORRIGAN focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including corporate lending, fund financing, and leveraged finance across a variety of financing scenarios and asset classes. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, working to assist veterans with benefits claims and to provide immigration services to members of the New York community.

While attending New York University School of Law, Shea served as an editor of the Journal of Law and Business and as a student clinician at the International Transactions Clinic.
