Adrienne Diu

ADRIENNE DIU advises private equity sponsors and capital solution providers in leveraged and investment-grade financings, specializing in the acquisition and financing of infrastructure and real assets. Adrienne’s practice covers a wide range of financing products, including syndicated loans, unitranche loans, institutional loans, private placements, multi-source debt platforms, whole-business securitizations, asset-backed securitizations, and portfolio financings.

Prior to joining Sidley, Adrienne worked at a Magic Circle firm in London. She has also spent seven months on secondment in the Financing team of a major European private equity infrastructure fund.

Recent examples of Adrienne’s work include advising:

• H.I.G. Capital and PolarDC Group Limited on the structuring and first-phase financing of a multi-phase project to deliver a leading data center designed for High-Performance Computing (HPC) applications in Norway.
• An infrastructure fund–owned, outdoor media company on its infrastructure refinancing.
• An infrastructure fund on its securitization financing of a billboards business.
• A pension fund on its acquisition of a portfolio of shared ownership homes.
• A private equity fund on its investment in a European airport.
• A large UK water company in respect of its multi-source debt platform.
• A pub company in respect of its whole-business securitization.
• A lender to a real asset fund –owned, build-to-rent property developer on a real estate financing of a portfolio of single-family rental housing.
