ADRIENNE DIU advises private equity sponsors and private credit lenders on leveraged and investment-grade financings, focusing on the acquisition and financing of infrastructure and real assets. Adrienne’s practice covers a wide range of debt products, including syndicated and institutional loans, unitranche and mezzanine debt, holdco and midco financings, asset-based lending, private placements, and multi-source debt platforms. 

Adrienne spent seven months on secondment in the financing team of a major European private equity infrastructure fund.

Recent examples of Adrienne’s work include advising:

• Franklin Templeton on its mezzanine financing of AMPYR Distributed Energy, a renewable technologies business. 
• VisionEdgeOne in its investment in RE2sources, an Italian biomethane producer.
• Lead Arranger in US$1 Billion Financing to Navitas and Rockhopper for First-Ever Development of the Falklands Islands Sea Lion Field. 
• H.I.G. Capital and PolarDC Group Limited on the structuring and first-phase financing of a multi-phase project to deliver a leading data center designed for High-Performance Computing (HPC) applications in Norway.
• An infrastructure fund on its securitization financing of a billboards business.
• A pension fund on its acquisition of a portfolio of shared ownership homes.
• A private equity fund on its investment in a European airport.
• A large UK water company in respect of its multi-source debt platform.
• A pub company in respect of its whole-business securitization.
