
Biography
DANIEL DRABKIN advises sponsors on the formation, structuring, marketing, and operation of private investment funds. He works with sponsors investing across a wide spectrum of asset classes, including private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, and fund-of-funds.
Daniel is also highly regarded for his expertise in secondaries transactions and establishing continuation funds, where he represents fund sponsors in implementing alternative liquidity solutions for their limited partnerships, as well as lead and syndicate investors investing into continuation funds. He is a leading adviser in the market of private credit secondaries and has counseled multiple sponsors on launching private credit secondaries funds.
In addition, Daniel represents institutional investors in connection with fund investments, co-investments, and managed accounts. His experience spans a broad range of global asset managers and institutional platforms. Prior to private practice, Daniel served as in-house counsel at a public real estate and investment management company and clerked at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.
