Daniel Drabkin

DANIEL DRABKIN advises fund sponsors across the spectrum of private capital, with significant experience in the formation of real assets, credit and private equity funds, and fund-of-funds. 

Daniel is also highly regarded for his experience in secondaries transactions and establishing continuation funds, where he represents fund sponsors in implementing liquidity solutions for their limited partnerships, as well as lead and syndicate investors investing into continuation funds. He is a leading adviser in the market of private credit secondaries and has counseled multiple sponsors on launching private credit secondaries funds and on numerous transactions in the sector.

In addition, Daniel represents institutional investors in connection with fund investments, co-investments, and managed accounts. His experience spans a broad range of global asset managers and institutional platforms. Prior to private practice, Daniel served as in-house counsel at a public real estate and investment management company and clerked at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.
