Biography
ETHERIAL EDETAN focuses her practice on the formation and operation of regulated fund structures, including exchange-traded funds, exchange-traded products, and business development companies, as well as private funds.
She advises asset managers, sponsors of commodity and crypto ETFs, and issuers in the REIT space on disclosure, governance, and regulatory compliance matters, including matters involving the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and national securities exchanges.
Etherial has experience representing clients in connection with fund initial public offerings and exchange listings and has advised on some of the market’s largest crypto exchange-traded products.
Prior to joining Sidley, Etherial worked in-house at a multinational oil and gas company.
