Biography

LINDSAY FISHER-McFARLAND focuses her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation. She earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law as the valedictorian of her class.

Prior to joining Sidley, Lindsay served as a Public Interest Law Initiative Graduate Fellow at the Loyola Civitas ChildLaw Center.

  • Renaissance Lakewood, LLC, a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) that manufactures nasal sprays, in its sale to LTS LOHMANN Therapie-Systeme AG.
  • Waltz Health, a digital health company developing technologies and services that support better-informed decisions on prescription care, in its merger with EVERSANA, a leading independent provider of global services to the life sciences industry.
  • Starwood Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: STWD) in its US$2.2 billion acquisition of Fundamental Income Properties, LLC. (pending).
