ANDRII FOKIN represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and corporate borrowers on leveraged finance transactions and corporate financing matters, with a particular focus on cross-border acquisition financing.

Andrii has extensive experience in acquisition financing, syndicated lending, private credit financings, refinancings, restructurings, post-IPO and public company financings, fund financing, and general banking.

Recent examples of Andrii’s work include advising:

• Golden Goose S.p.A, a portfolio company of Permira, in connection with the issuance of €480 million in euro senior secured floating rate notes due 2031 and related €100 million revolving credit facility.
• Partners Group, including in relation to its investments in Rosen Group, a global provider of mission-critical inspection services for energy infrastructure assets.
• A global investment firm, including in relation to the refinancing of the capital structure of one of the UK’s top-tier wealth management and accountancy firms.
• A global private equity firm, including in relation to:
  • its investment in a leading independent commercial insurance broker in Germany;
  • the refinancing of the capital structure of a leading security and networking infrastructure specialist in Northern Europe; and
  • the refinancing of the capital structure of a leading European dental care and services provider.
• A global investment organization, including in relation to its investment in a global performance and sustainability software provider.
• Brookfield Asset Management on the sustainability-linked TLB financing for the acquisition of the Cupa Group, a leader in the natural slate and stone industry, from The Carlyle Group.
• A leading private equity sponsor on its investments in a French leader in wealth management.
• A leading private equity sponsor on the acquisition of an Italian pharmaceuticals company.
