JEFFREY GLICK is an associate in the firm’s New York office practicing in the Global Finance group. Jeff advises issuers and underwriters in a variety of securitization transactions, including residential mortgage-backed securitizations (RMBS), asset-backed securitizations (covering auto loans and equipment loans) and the first ever REO-to-Rental securitization. In connection with his RMBS work, Jeff also represents purchasers and sellers of residential mortgage loans.
Prior to returning to Sidley, Jeff spent three years as in-house counsel at a large, global asset manager where he focused on acquisitions and dispositions of residential mortgage loans, securitizations of residential mortgage loans and legacy RMBS securities, and negotiating warehouse and repurchase financing facilities.
While attending Boston College Law School, Jeff was an Executive Board Member and Editor to the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest and the recipient of the William J. O’Keefe Award.
