
Biography
JACOB HANSEN focuses his practice on energy and infrastructure, as well as finance matters.
Jacob earned his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. During this time, Jacob completed judicial externships with The Honorable Carolyn B. McHugh of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and The Honorable Matthew B. Durrant, Chief Justice of the Utah Supreme Court. He also served as an editor of the BYU Law Review.
Prior to practicing law, Jacob worked as a land use planning consultant, where he drafted zoning and development ordinances for municipalities in the western United States.
