Biography
ANTHONY E. HILBERT focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity joint ventures, financings, and other corporate matters. Anthony represents financial and strategic buyers and sellers in public and private M&A, including strategic investors, private equity and infrastructure funds, and management teams. He principally practices in the energy and infrastructure industries, including energy transition, oil & gas, energy storage, digital infrastructure, shipping, mining, and manufacturing. His experience expands across borders, including transactions in Latin America, Asia, and the EMEA regions. Anthony serves as the chair of the Houston Bar Association Corporate Counsel Section and writes about legal developments in the energy space.
Anthony earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, with honors. He holds an M.A. and B.A. in geography, with a focus on international trade, from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
