Biography

DR. CHRISTOPH JENSEN advises creditors, debtors, and shareholders on financial and operational restructurings in both non-insolvency and insolvency situations, predominantly in a cross-border context, as well as on all matters regarding German insolvency law.

He also advises private equity sponsors, strategic investors, funds, corporations, and financial institutions on complex domestic and cross-border acquisition finance, leveraged buyouts, and other corporate finance transactions.

Prior to joining Sidley in 2020, Christoph was a trainee in the restructuring and finance practice of another international law firm.

He is fluent in German and English.
