Biography
JOHN JIANG focuses his practice on secured lending, fund financing, and other leveraged finance transactions. Prior to joining Sidley, John was a finance associate at another leading global law firm. He has experience in corporate finance and syndicated and leveraged finance, representing borrowers and chartered banks in domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
While attending law school, John spent a semester studying law at the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
John is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
